Bunga Durian Polo

This year we are lucky. The Durian Polo is flowering and we need to take good care of it. Previous year, we have Durian Monthong, species famous from Thailand. But this year, we have Durian Polo. At the moment, this durian is not for commercial purposes yet until it is stable enough. This is the flower of Durian Polo:

Longan Brazil

We only have few trees.. of this "Longan Brazil", origin unknown, and its scientific name also unknown. This fruit given by my mother friend.. seldom found in Brunei. This type of 'longan' still unfamous in Brunei Local here. It taste different from actual Longan.. it is more dry and the skin is hard but still sweet. The skin is greenish and the normal longan found during His Majesty Birthday in July colour brown and soft.

Hopefully, we will plant this Longan and expose it to the Bruneian here...
